Product Return Policy
If any item you bought from www.pinevilletavern.com doesn't fit, or just wasn't what you were expecting, ship it and your receipt back to us within 30 days of purchase and we'll be happy to refund your money. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Gift Cards cannot be returned.
Assuming ambient temperatures of below 90 degrees Fahrenheit, we guarantee that any perishable product you receive from Pineville Tavern will be of high quality and in good physical condition. We make the same guarantee for non-perishable food items, without the temperature constraint. Any food item that you deem unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request, as long as you let us know the details of the problem within 5 business days of having received your order.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
All orders are processed Mon – Fri during office hours usually within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel an order, please call Customer Care at the numbers listed as soon as possible.
Upon order fulfillment, an e-mail will be sent to notify you of a delivery date. All delivery dates are estimated and may vary according to the shipping address and method(s) of shipping you have chosen.
Non food items and gift cards are ship Monday - Friday during normal business hours. All perishable food items must be shipped via Federal Express Priority Overnight and therefore can not be shipped on Fridays. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Perishable food products are shipped out in insulated containers with icepacks to maintain their quality.
Sorry, but items we can not ship to post office boxes (excluding gift cards) or to addresses outside the United States.
